No vote at the meeting other than acceptance of minutes of the prior general meeting. If a need to vote on a topic arises, it will be done electronically after the meeting in order to ensure clear and well written resolutions to vote on, and broad membership participation in voting. Agenda will be posted on members only forum before the meeting.
