Fortunes Rocks Association

The Fortunes Rocks Association (FRA) was incorporated in 1949 as a social organization for the enjoyment of  homeowners living in the geographic area of Fortunes Rocks Beach.  The club provides a variety of social and  recreational programs for both adults and children in our extraordinary beachfront setting.  We have two membership levels: Social and Social + Tennis.

MEMBERSHIP COST

All new members pay a one-time assessment as a contribution to the club's Capital Fund reserved for facility capital improvement expenses. In addition, members pay annual dues and tennis fee, if applicable, used for operating expenses. The one-time assessment, annual social dues and tennis fee amounts are specified in the application form.

🎬 Apply for membership using the link below.

☑️ After property ownership verification within the membership area, you will either receive an invitation to join, or be placed on the membership waitlist if full.

💳 If invited, pay one-time assessment,  annual dues and tennis fee, if applicable, to become a member. If on waitlist, you will be notified on or about June 15 if a slot opens.

🏸 If you want to add tennis membership but the tennis membership is full, you will be put on the tennis waitlist after becoming a member.
