James Oleson, President - Jim has been a member in our association since 2000. Before his election as the President in 2023, he served as the Vice President in 2021-2123, chaired the Building and Design Committees and organized Labor Day Cookout for several years. Alper Caglayan, Vice President - Alper has been a member in our association since 1987. Before his election as the Vice President in 2023, he served on the Board 2016-2017,  on the clubhouse Design Committee, and organized annual music events, and various wine tasting events. Debra Melican, Member - Debbie has has been a member in our association since 2016. She joined the Board in 2019, and served as Treasurer in 2020-2023. Debbie is currently the Secretary on the Board of  Biddeford Pool Community Center (BPCC).  Debbie's contact information can be found in our member directory.

Martha Mitchell, Secretary - Martha has has been a member in our association since 1965. She was elected to the Board as Secretary in 2022. Martha organized October Potluck dinners, kid puppet show and tie-dye events. She is on the Board of Saint Philips Church and previously served on the San Francisco Art Directors Club. Donna Stevens, Member - Donna joined our association since 2015. Before her election as a Board member in 2023, she has organized several Earth Day events.  Previously, she served on Seeds of Peace, Preble Street Soup Kitchens, Quarterly (Falmouth) Friends Meeting as a treasurer,  and Joint Organization for Inner City Needs. Mike Richard, Member - Mike has has been a member in our association since 2016. He was elected to the Board in 2022. Mike previously served on the clubhouse Design Committee. He has been a member of the Biddeford+Saco Chamber of Commerce since 2019, and served on the Zoning Board of Appeals for the Town of Scarborough in 2010-2017. William Boucher, Treasurer - Bill has has been a member in our association since 1993. Before his election as a Board member in 2022, he has previously served as Treasurer 2010-2016 and on the clubhouse Design Committee. Bill's contact information can be found in our member directory.

Janice Levine, Member - Jan has has been a member in our association since 2017. She was elected to the Board member in 2021, and co-hosted several events. Jan is the Founder and President, ACCESS Uganda, Director, Terezin Music Foundation, Advisory Committee, Friends of the Lobkowicz Collections. Tim Wheelan, Member - Tim has has been a member in our association since 2002. Before his election to the Board member in 2023, has previously served on the Building Committee, and Tennis Maintenance Committee. Tim is the Past President and Current Chairman of the Board, Gridiron Club of Greater Boston.
