Get ready to move, groove, and feel fabulous under the pavilion! Our supercharged summer exercise series is led by a certified fitness pro who brings serious energy and fun to every class. She’s a powerhouse instructor at a local fitness club, where she teaches everything from Silver Sneakers to Group Active, and from Weight Training to Bootcamp — and now she’s bringing that magic to us!
Sample Workouts:
Silver Sneakers: A low-impact, high-fun class designed for active older adults that mixes heart-pumping cardio with strength intervals.
Group Active: The ultimate blend — cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility, all rolled into one.
Weight Training: Reps, reps, reps! We’re talking squats, lunges, curls, and presses to tone and build strength.
Bootcamp: A no-nonsense HIIT session that’ll leave you feeling strong, sweaty, and unstoppable.
Our instructor believes fitness should be fun — and she lives it! She’s a hiking enthusiast, cooking queen, and proud dog mom who brings great vibes to every session. She’ll tailor the classes to fit the group’s goals — whether you want to boost cardio, build muscle, or find your balance.
What to bring: Your choice of hand weights, a mat (if you like), and your best energy. Music will keep us moving — all you have to do is show up and shine.
